Be prepared to take a little time to do it EXACTLY like the instructions say, i.e. even so, it looks like there was a new version of the license support manager released on July 1.įor those who have sat through this whole thing without installing the software, I think you still need to follow the procedure below before you do install the software, whenever you need to access your iLoks.

The problems appear to have come from the servers/databases, and not the actual software. Yea!! It was a rough ride for some, but I think almost everyone is up and running again. Hey everyone, this problem has apparently been resolved.
